“ Purchased a vehicle 12/7/24. We agreed to a down payment of $1000. Three weeks later they come back saying we need to come sign again. We come in and suddenly we NEED to put down $600 more. Whatever we did. We sign papers. Well later they called us telling us we need to come sign again third time because “the bank” raised interest rates. After speaking to the bank they told us Hatvh Toyota added hidden and unnecessary fees to our GAP insurance which raised the interest rates. They verified that if we took gap off the interest rate would stay the agreed amount. So we made hatch Toyota take it off and we went in to sign final papers. Again about 2 ish weeks later after signing FINAL papers they came back and said the bank raised interest rates again. I called the bank. Nope, they didn’t raise it to what they’re claiming. They themselves are attempting to get a higher profit margin. They’re very fraudulent and I’m having to contact a lawyer and file a fraud complaint against them to the FTC and CFPB.Please go somewhere else. Anywhere else. They’re liars and scam artists. ”
“ Bought a vehicle from hacth Toyota about 1 year ago with the extended warranty through Toyota. Noticed my vehicle was leaking oil so I brought it in to the dealership. They call me a few hours later and say they have located the leak and it will be $750 to fix. They didn't even look up my warranty, no attention to detail i should already be in the system. I tell them I have the warranty so it should be covered. They guy says let me look calls me back 10 minutes later and says it is cover and they have to order the gaskets should be 3 to 5 days, 6 days go by I hear nothing. I call and get transferred several times to no answer. I call back and finally get the service advisor and put on hold while he checks on parts 20 minutes goes by and he never came back. I call the next day same thing call is bounced around till I get a lady that tells me she would go check 10 minutes goes by and the first advisor gets on and says they still haven't received the parts. So now I have to cancel my christmas travel plans because someone didn't order the parts or could follow up with me, so I could make other arrangements for the holidays. Do better hatch. Your customer service sucks. ”
“ HACK Toyota, recently bought a vehicle that was rigged so bad it cost $380 to have the guys at Horne fix it. If HACK would've taken it to them in the first place they probably could've got more money. Extended warranty is useless, I won't even take my vehicle back to them for the free oil change! “ I recently bought a truck from out of state, and the dealership provided little to no assistance throughout the purchase or delivery process. Despite making a deposit and wiring the funds, I felt like a low priority because I wasn’t there in person. The staff was largely unavailable, and their lack of communication only added to the frustration.They claimed they were entitled to “hold” the vehicle for up to 10 days after receiving payment, which unnecessarily complicated delivery logistics. Additionally, they failed to mention that their dealership is located in a remote part of Arizona, making it nearly impossible to find a shipping company willing to pick up the truck for a reasonable rate. Ultimately, I decided to pick it up in person, only to be hit with a questionable $1,100 charge for a supposed “tax” and miscellaneous fees. When I inquired about it, they told me not to worry because my $500 deposit—which they had forgotten to apply earlier—would cover part of the overpayment from the wire transfer.Michael Pearce, the salesperson, was nice but not proactive with communication. I had to repeatedly follow up with both my lender and the dealership to keep the process moving. The floor manager, Will, was particularly frustrating to deal with—he came across as bullying when I expressed my frustration about the lack of communication after sending payment.While I’m happy with the truck itself (aside from some undisclosed damage), the overall service experience was extremely disappointing. ”
